George said he looked up at the sky at 10:45 AM last Saturday and saw a very bright light, "Like a car's headlamp."
The light was low in the sky, under the fog and rainclouds and about the height of a bungalow.
It remained static and flashed brightly, momentarily blinding George, (who lives at Week St. Mary, near Brude, Cornwall in England). George stated that the light then sped off and disappeared into the morning sky.
The next day, George, 83, was on his way to church and was standing in the doorway of Week St. Mary Chapel when he saw the same light.
"It was exactly the same time as the day previously," he said. "It came out of the sky at the same time and it's too much of a coincidence.
"It came down and it's flash lit me up as if it was taking a photograph of me. There's something up there and I don't particularly like it. I was very frightened at the time and I don't want to see it again."
He said he and his wife,Ivy, witnessed a twin beamed UFO last may in the sky above their house, but that it was accompanied by the sound of a small engine. This time the UFO's were completely noiseless.
"I feel I'm a bit of a marked man," George said.
David Gillham, of the Cornwall UFO Research Group, said North Cornwall was fertile for sightings of unexplained objects in the sky and there had been a flood of UFO sightings across the whole of Cornwall, recently.
"I've got a feeling that it's got a lot to do with the laser shows that are going on at the moment which are attracting UFOs down here," Gillham said. "In the last few weeks we've had quite a few reports."
