So. Here I will state what I have been taught from the beginning to the end, briefly, simply and hopefully I will make some sense of my position.
Lessons of the Spirit, Part One.
What is "The Spirit?"
"The Spirit is the first manifestation of the Thought of what we may call, Universal Mind. Others call this God, Goddess, or many other names. It is the ineffable. It is the untranslatable, initial conscious thought of Creation. The Spirit is what everything else is built upon. It came and had it's beingness before what we call the Big Bang or creation of the physical Universe. Though many refer to the Spirit as "light" it is actually the foundation of light. Spirit then can be said to be the foundation of everything, everything physical is permeated and held together by the Spirit. Spirit then is the purest form of everything. All physical nature is like a condensation of Spirit, a reflective, passive condensed version of Spirit itself. The Spirit is the kinetic energy which makes matter work. It is often called a "fire" because of it's quality of light and energy. However it is the foundation and creator of these things. Physical fire, even from the greatest sun in the universe, pale in comparison to the energy of Spirit.
"Even the angels do not understand the workings or fathom the Mind of what we call God. God is of God's self and though it often makes us feel small, it should not. For God and God's Spirit permeates, motivates and propels us through our life's courses. This Spirit is in us as well as everything else. Therefore the Angels say that our idea that we are separate from God or one another is truly an illusory state of mind based on our narrow constriction in the physical. God Is everything and God's Spirit is In everything. Therefore there can be no place existent where God is not. The idea of the "Levels" of Spirit is really a matter of our viewing things in terms of waves of energy. Just as the particles of H20 which make up water are each distinct and separate one from another, there is still a bond which keeps the molecules together in form, as in a lake, a river, a pond or an ocean. Each of these "bodies" of water when kinetically active to our perception, flow in patterns of rippling or driving waves. So with the Spirit. When it can be perceived, Sprit seems to have levels and varying degrees of higher and lower states, just as with matter. However Spirit permeates everything that is, so it is an eternal ocean of energy in which we live breathe and have our being. We see more of it at times than others but it is always there.
"According to Annex, Spirit is subtler than matter and it has subtleties which we and even they cannot always perceive even when in the pure spiritual state. No device will ever measure it or perceive it. One might say that Spirit can only perceive itself with spiritual eyes. Yet, just as we do not perceive the oxygen which we breathe, it is there just the same always working.
"This vast, ocean of Spirit, has a consciousness which is what our own and other beings consciousness is patterned upon. It has thought, it has feelings and a sense of self. But it is beyond our full comprehension. Just as our own selves, within the physical limitations, cannot be fully comprehended. We simply know that "We exist." God knows God exists. In fact all existence proceeds from God's Thought or the Universal Mind, this Spirit "stuff" that condensed and expanded as our physical universe.
"Just as the states of matter, plasma, invisible gas, visible liquid, solid matter, dark matter, anti-matter and mega-matter, (i.e. black stars, black holes, brown stars etc.) exists and can be measured by us, there are other states of uncondensed material in the Spirit. So one may properly list "existence" as: God, God's thought, Spirit, Matter, Mega-Matter, etc.
"As the "lighter" thought condensed to become Spirit, matter then condenses out of Spirit and various types of matter condense out of the initial constituents of matter, hydrogen and helium.
"Seen in this light Spirit is not so eerie, spectral or weird as people first assume. It is simply another state of existence. It simply cannot be detected in our current state of being. Just as one cannot "see" time or even the first two dimensions. These things can only be theoretically speculated upon and described mathematically. Unfortunately even mathematics cannot describe Spirit. Therefore the many dimensions of our physical Universe and it's laws, do not apply in the Spirit. The Spirit though does have laws and dimensions of its own. They simply cannot be accurately theoretically described by science, so to science the Spirit simply does not come into play or does not exist.
"Of course, being at our very core, Spiritual beings, we do sometimes discern the Spirit and feel it working in our lives in ways we cannot describe or measure. We call these things intuitions, psychic visions, feelings, instincts, a "knowingness" etc. This is God within us talking to us. This is God reaching out to God's self to bring consciousness and spiritual connection into the Physical.
"We tend to call the Spirit a "place" a "realm" or a "land" we call it heaven or nirvana or paradise or Satori or bliss. It is though rather a state of being which exists right where we are now. We pass through it and it passes through us. Angles do not fly or hover around us. They are right next to us in a wholly "other" world we cannot experience except through dreams, visions, meditations or for some, through the hearing of voices or thoughts from that world.
"Though the Spirit is often described as "Light" it is not. It is a type of energy which does not go straight out from the source, but which rather continually loops out from and then back too the source, circulating itself back and forth. Like a self contained, but infinite mobius loop of expanding, always moving energy. The Light of God always comes back to the Light of God.
"In this Spirit level of being live what we call Angels. These are beings composed of the Pure Spirit of the Thought of God. They need no food, no sleep, no comfort, no place to live, nothing to breathe, etc. They live entirely off the Light of the Love and Beingness of God. Some are ones who have had physical manifestations and have returned to the Spiritual state. Others are and have always been conscious , living beings which never left the Spirit. These beings have access to all of "God's Memories." God's Light contains information about every manifest particle of matter that ever existed and what it's pattern was. It also has "memory" of every thought, desire, feeling and other "intangible" concept of conscious mind. This memory is called by some the Akashik Record. But in the end it really has no name that is proper but TRUTH. It is the recorded memory of everything that IS.
"It is this Truth which angels seek to explain to those who are in despair, hopeless, hurting, in need of solace and comfort. The simplest Aspect of the Divine Truth is this. . .All Things are God. God is eternal, deathless, unknowing of pain, suffering, misery and physical death. Since we too are based upon the very stuff of this self same God, we are also eternal and deathless as well. We can live without pain and suffering, should we so choose, by simply recognizing this truth, and propelling ourselves towards the Light of the Spirit when we are ready to leave this earthly plane of existence. In other words, we simply loop back in upon our true natures and ride this energy source back to the Ultimate Source, where all things of our most highest good and love are made manifest.
"The only "catch" is, that until we perceive our own readiness of acceptance, we will most likely come back to this plane again and again in order to try to balance out our experience in a sort of smaller kinetic energy loop which many have called "The Wheel of Karma." In the West it is called the "Wheel of Fortune." And by some, the evil and torturous "Katherine Wheel." Upon which we are all bound or beneath which we are all crushed. Actually it is nothing but the reflective physical loop, not quite as balanced as the larger Spiritual Loop. We are not doomed by it or to it unless we forget our true natures and sublimate ourselves within the physical and the illusion of separation."
"Keep in mind this is the most simplified version of these concepts as told by Annex to me. Life is a lot more complex than this."
